White Oak State Bank was chartered as an FDIC insured State bank on June 5, 1972. We are a locally owned and operated banking facility.

The mission of White Oak State Bank is to provide basic commercial banking services to all members of its trade area as well as provide support for various community-related civic, educational and religious projects and activities. Basic services include providing the community a safe and accessible place to keep money, a vehicle to obtain cash by way of check cashing services to include government checks, and a way to make third party payments. Basic services to be provided also include the lending of money to all creditworthy applicants regardless of race, age, sex, marital status or national origin for both consumer and business purposes. White Oak State Bank will strive to maintain low cost, yet competitive, pricing in providing these services to its community while yielding an acceptable rate of return for its shareholders.
